Terms You (the Customer) will have the ability to maintain a Search My Place! presence on SearchThePlace.com (the Service). You will be able to add up to 99 records to your Search My Place! account and have the capability to list, change and delete these records at will. Thus, you receive the means to use and maintain your web accessible inventory as described by the Service on these Web pages. You get a license to use the Service for one year.  As an additional benefit, your business or activity will also be made available on the SearchThePlace.com database. People can find it under the category you chose and the name you provided during the account opening process.   The Service promises nothing more. The Service is not responsible, accountable or liable for any losses actual,  assumed or implied for using the Service. You, the Customer, agree to pay $99 for your license; not sublease or share your license to the Service; not use the Service for illegal activities; and not attempt to damage the Service in any way. If, within 90 days of opening your account, you are not satisfied with the Service you may request a complete refund.   All correspondence should include your Account Number and be addressed to: Search The Place! P.O. Box 293 Cohoes, NY 12047 The agreement is in effect as long as both parties adhere to the terms.
